大中庭建筑的性能化防火设计初探

摘　　要：大型复杂建筑物的出现,给防火安全带来很多新的问题。在现有处方式建筑防火规范不能满足的情况下,就要用性能化设计的方法来解决。带有大中庭的建筑又是其中很重要的一类。本文结合某工程实例进行了分析,提出了“亚安全区”的概念,为今后解决这类问题提供了一个新的方案。The appearance of large-scale complex building, especially the building with large atrium, brings lots of new problems on fire safety, which the existing building fire protection code fails to resolve. In light of analyzing living example of project, this paper advocates method of ＂performance-based＂ design, and proposes a conception of ＂subsafety area ＂, which could be a new approach for dealing with this kind of problem.
