摘 要:目的通过人体背部温度分布的观察,了解人体不同部位正常温度值标准,并为热像图用于疾病诊断提供客观参考依据。方法使用红外热像仪观察正常健康人安静状态下背部的温度分布,用计算机图像分析软件处理相关温度数值,并将结果进行统计学分析。结果①正常人背部的平均温度值为32.58℃±0.91℃;②背部左右两侧的温度和躯干左右两侧区的温度对称性较好,两侧温度值比较,差异均无统计学意义;③正常女性背部的平均温度值比男性的稍高。结论用红外热像图所观察到的背部温度的正常值将为背部疾病的诊断和经络研究提供参考依据。Ojective In order to observe the distribution of temperature on the back of healthy subjects and figure out the standard of normal temperature on the different part of human body in order to provid the objective reference for diagnosis of diseases. Methods The distribution of temperature on the back of healthy subjects was observed by infrared thermography. The data were processed by computer software and statistically analyzed. Results①The mean temperature on the back of healthy subjects was 32.58 ℃ ± 0.91 ℃; ②There was no significant difference between the mean temperature of the left and the right on the back in healthy subjects. There was good symmetry of temperature in the matched areas between righ and left back ;③The mean temperature on the back of healthy females is a little higher than that of healthy males. Conclusion The normal temperature of back observed by infrared thermography could provide the references for diagnosis of back illness and meridian study.
