摘　　要：目的:探讨STK15mRNA在不同癌组织中的定量表达及其对肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:利用定量RT-PCR法检测多种癌组织和细胞株中STK15mRNA的表达量。结果:STK15在子宫体癌、肝癌、肾癌、肺癌、胃癌和前列腺癌组织标本和(或)细胞株中有过表达,在脑胶质细胞瘤中的表达与正常组织相比没有明显变化。结论:STK15mRNA在不同癌组织中的表达情况不同,在子宫体癌、肝癌、肾癌、肺癌、胃癌和前列腺癌等肿瘤组织中表达增高,对肿瘤的诊断有一定参考价值。OBJECTIVE： To study the expressions in different cancer tissues and cell lines for the guideline of further study and diagnosis. METHODS： Real time RT-PCR technique was used to detect the expression level of different cancer tissues and cell lines. RESULTS：Compared with normal tissues, the expression level was significoantly different among the uterus, liver, kidney, lung, stomach and prostate cancer tissues and cell lines. There was no significant difference in expression level between neuroblastoma and normal tissues. CONCLUSIONS： STK15 overexpresses in the uterus, liver, kidney, lung, stomach, and prostate cancer tissues and cell lines detected by real time PCR. It may be used for the diagnosis of cancer.
