乳腺癌患者配偶的生存质量与应对方式的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌患者配偶的生存质量、应对方式及两者间的关系,为临床护理工作提供依据。方法采用描述性相关性研究设计,应用WHO生存质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)和Jalowiec应对量表分别测量114例乳腺癌患者配偶的生存质量与应对方式,并以78例健康者为对照组。结果乳腺癌患者配偶对总体生存质量的主观感受及其生存质量各领域的得分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);乳腺癌患者配偶8种应对方式的得分从高至低依次为“乐观”、“面对”、“依靠自我”、“寻求支持”、“情感宣泄”、“听天由命”、“姑息”、“逃避”;乳腺癌患者配偶的“逃避”、“姑息”、“听天由命”、“情感宣泄”应对方式得分与其生存质量各领域得分呈显著负相关(P<0.05,或P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌患者配偶的生存质量较一般人群差,乳腺癌患者配偶最常用的应对方式为“乐观”、“面对”和“依靠自我”;乳腺癌患者配偶的生存质量与其应对方式密切相关。Objective： To explore the quality of life and coping styles, and the relationship between coping style and quality of life of breast cancer patients＇ spouses, in order to provide theoretical foundation for clinical nursing intervention.Method：As a descriptive correlative study,quality of life and coping styles of 114 breast cancer patients＇ spouses were assessed by WHO Quality of Life Scale- brief version（WHOQOL-BREF） and ＂Jalowiec Coping Scale＂（JCS）. 78 healthy people were selected as the control group. Result：The average score of perceived overall quality of life and its physical, psychological, social and environmental domains of breast cancer patients＇ spouses was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.01）.Eight coping styles of breast cancer patient＇ spouses were ranked from high score to low score as follows：optimistic, confront, self-reliant,support,emotive,fatalistic,palliative,and evasive coping style. There was a negative and significant relationship between ＂evasive＂.＂palliative＂, ＂fatalistic＂ .＂emotive＂ coping styles and quality of life of breast cancer patients＇ spouses.Conclusion： The quality of life of breast cancer patients＇spouses is lower than that of healthy people. The most commonly coping styles by breast cancer patients＇ spouses are as follows： optimistic, confront and self-reliant. The quality of life of breast cancer patients＇ spouses is related with his coping style.
