摘　　要：本文介绍了一种新型垂熔机控制器,它以80C196型16位单片机为核心,采用了一些新型器件,因而简化了电路,降低了成本,并且工作稳定可靠。由于控制性能完善,人机界面友好,对于提高产品质量和生产效率,促进管理水平的提高都起到很好的作用。This paper introduces a new controller for vertical sintering furnace which is based on a 16-digit single-chip-computer and used some new-type IC devices, therefore it has simple hardware and lower-cost, and runs steadily and reliably. Because of its advanced controlling performance and friendly man-machine interface, it has raised the quality of products, labor productivity and the level of management.
