摘　　要：无纸记录仪在化工生产自动化领域广泛应用。该文提出一种基于 FAT 文件系统的以先进的 CF 卡作为存储介质的新型无纸记录仪,在不考虑 CF 卡容量情况下,该记录仪可以存储最多2GB 的数据,使记录仪连续使用时间更长,并且比磁盘类记录仪有更高的可靠性。由于采用了 FAT 文件系统管理数据,用户对数据的查询及增删都十分方便。本文主要介绍 FAT 文件系统原理、CF 卡原理及记录仪的软硬件实现。Paperless recorders are widely used in the field of automation of chemical industry. This paper provides a new paperless recorder based on FAT file system and advanced CF card as memory media, which can record 2G Bytes data at most in CF card no existing. Equipped with FAT file system, this recorder has the advantages of convenient data storage, query and modification. This paper mainly contains the principle of FAT file system and the hardware and software of the recorder.
