热油管道安全输油温度的研究与计算

摘　　要：以实际生产数据为依据,建立了热油管道的数学模型,以预测-校正法和有限元法进行了联立求解,并在此基础上编制了模拟软件。应用该数学模型对夏季和冬季管道的输油温度进行了计算,确定了安全输送温度。It is an effective energy saving measure to reduce the oil temperature under the assignment mass flow-rate. In order to guarantee the safety of the hot oil pipeline,the safely oil temperature of the hot oil pipeline is studied in this paper, the predicator-corrector and the finite element method are applied to solve the mathematical model in this paper, and the software of simulation is developed. By analyzing an actual pipeline,some important conclusions are gained.
