摘　　要：提出了透射式光栅测试系统的性能指标,并依据该指标提出对光栅进行自动测试的方法;从硬件和软件两方面设计了透射式光栅自动测试系统。系统采用光电编码器作为数据采集元件,采用EZ-USB芯片作为系统主控制器,结合FRAM存储器、步进电机,从而实现数据的高速采集和处理,实现光栅测试自动化。介绍了EZ-USB的固件和驱动程序的开发。The performance target and a auto-testing method ofgrating testing system to grating on the foundation ofit is brought forward, a whole system structure of grating auto-testing system from hardware and software two aspects is designed. Based on the controller of EZ-USB, FRAM and step-motor, the system realizes high-speed capture, process of data, and automation of grating testing, using photoelectricity encoder as image capture device. Firmware and device driver of EZ-USB are introduced, too.
