摘　　要：I-DEAS(integrated design engineering and analysis software)是CAM行业基于数字化主模型的流行软件,但并不简单易用。分析了I-DEAS和VB之间的数据接口,说明了它们之间交换数据的方法。利用VB对I-DEAS进行二次开发,使一般用户在已有三维模型的基础上,通过简洁易懂的界面,进行参数值修改,得到符合需要的新三维模型。最后给出了具体实例的实现。I-DEAS is a popular software based on the digitized master model in CAM profession. However, it is not simple to use. The data interface between I-DEAS and VB is analyzed at first, then the method of data exchanging between them is shown. Making a redevelopment on I-DEAS with VB, and based on the present three-dimensional models, common users can modify the value of parameters through a succinct and intelligible interface. A new three-dimensional model which can meet the need of users is provided. Finally, the realization of an instance is given.
