摘　　要：设计了基于PLC和现场总线技术的物流控制系统,采用变频器控制物流装置下层传送带速度,利用高速计数模块实现机械手闭环精确位置控制,克服了步进电机开环控制的不足。基于Vi-sual Basic开发了上位机监控系统,并给出了PLC和上位机通信的详细编程方法。The logistics control system based on PLC and fieldbus technology is designed according to the logistic device. The conveyor belt speed of logistic devices is controlled by the inverter. The close-loop accurate position control of the mechanic-hand is achieved by use of the high-speed counter. The shortcomings of open-loop control for stepping motor are overcome. The host control system based on visual basic is developed. The detailed information about the programming methods for the PLC and host computer are given.
