摘  要:以有机磷类、拟除虫菊酯类和新烟碱类共3种植物保护上常用的重要的化学杀虫剂作为实验药物,研究它们对重要林业害虫松墨天牛(MonochamusalternatusHope)体内与杀虫剂毒性作用相关的羧酸酯酶(CarE)和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)的影响。分别从天牛的头部、脂肪体提取CarE和GST,研究甲胺磷、溴氰菊酯和吡虫啉对松墨天牛体内上述两种酶的作用情况。结果发现,甲胺磷对GST和CarE均有明显的抑制作用,而溴氰菊酯和吡虫啉对上述代谢酶均无显著影响。另外,通过抑制曲线分析,发现CarE和GST对甲胺磷的敏感性不同,甲胺磷对这两种酶的抑制程度存在很大差异。Experiments were conducted on three important chemical insecticides commonly used in plant protection and representing the organophosphates, synthetic pyrethroids, and anabasine-like compounds, in order to determine their toxicity to the important forest insect pest Monochamus alternatus, and related effects on carboxylesterase (CarE) and glutathione S-transferase (GST) in the body of this insect species. The effect of methamidophos, deltamethrin, and imidacloprid was determined for CarE and GST extracted from head and fat from the bodies of Monochamus alternatus. Methamidophos significantly inhibited CarE and GST, while deltamethrin and imidacloprid showed no significant effect. Analysis of inhibition curves indicated that CarE and GST differed in sensitivity to methamidophos. A large difference was observed in the inhibition by methamidophos of these two enzymes.
