摘  要:目的:研究卵巢切除后小鼠造血系统中破骨细胞和成骨细胞的前体细胞的改变。方法:实验组6~8周龄C57BL/6J小鼠行双侧卵巢切除术(OVX,ovariectomized);对照组行小鼠双侧卵巢假切除(sham-operated)。术后8~10周观察各组小鼠的脾集落形成单位(CFU-S)、成纤维细胞集落形成单位(CFU-F)和粒/巨噬细胞集落形成单位(CFU-GM)的变化。结果:实验组小鼠的CFU-GM、CFU-F均高于对照组小鼠(均P<0.01);实验组小鼠与对照组小鼠的CFU-S比较差别无统计学意义(P=0.098)。结论:切除卵巢后,小鼠破骨细胞和成骨细胞的前体细胞均增多。Objective: To study the change of hematopoiesis system in ovariectomized mice. Methods: The C57 BL/6J mice which were six to eight weeks did were ovariectomized (OVX) by bilateral in the experiment group,on the other hand, the mice were sham-operated in the control group. The CFU-GM,CFU-F and CFU-S were measured in each group eight to ten weeks pest-operation. Results: The CFU-GM and CFU-F from ovariectomized mice were obviously higher than those of the control group(P 〈 0.01 ); the difference of CFU-S was not statistical in two groups (P=0.098). Conclusion: The precursor cells of osteoclasts and osteoblasts in mice are both increased after ovariectomy.
