摘  要:主要介绍目前已在上海电网内市调、地调及所有15个区调能量管理系统/监控与数据采集(EMS/SCADA)系统之间实现的基于TASE.2协议的数据通信转发的具体情况,阐述了其实现方案和关键技术。应用表明,系统给各级调度生产运行所需的数据通信转发带来了极大便利及良好的可靠性和稳定性。With the development of power networks, more timely and accurate information transmission for the dispatching automation systems is required. Compared with traditional telecontrol protocols, TASE. 2 protocol is an ideal choice as a standard, complete and efficient protocol. The concrete situation of data exchange based on TASE. 2 protocol, which is used in all the EMS/SCADA systems of Shanghai dispatching centers is introduced. The implementing schemes and the key technique are also described. The application results show the convenience and excellent reliability for the data exchange of the dispatching and production by the system proposed.
