摘 要:本文阐述了给水泵变频调节原理,改造方案和应用实践。热电厂的热、电负荷是随用户需要变化的。给水泵定速方式,节流调节的主要弊病是:给水泵起停频繁,节流损失大,母管压力变化大,给水泵单耗相对较高。应用变频器对运行中的给水泵(特别是母管制水泵)进行变频改造,能够实现母管压力恒定,减少给水泵频繁起停,降低单耗。给水泵变频调速,是母管制给水系统实现自动调控,降低给水泵单耗的最佳途径。This paper aims to describe the variable frequency regulation principle, reform solution and application practice of water supply pumps. Thermal and Power loads of thermal power plant are variable with the user's needs. The main shortcomings of throttling method on constant speed water supply pump are that the water pump starts and stops frequently, causing a large loss of throttling; obvious pressure variation on the header and higher unit power consumption ( per cube meter water) of supply. Using frequency converter to reform running water supply pumps (especially for header pumps) on variable speed can keep the header pressure constant, avoid frequent starts and stops of the water pumps, and reduce the unit power consumption. Variable frequency speed regulation method is the best way to realize the automatic regulation and reduce the unit power consumption of water supply for the header water supply system.
