摘　　要：该文设计了一种适用于乳化炸药基质冷却的双螺旋连续冷却装置,以水为冷却介质,充分考虑了设备的运行安全性、冷却过程的常压化,具有连续高效的生产能力与安全性,能与国内现行连续乳化炸药生产线配套,产品质量有保证。A set of double-helix continuous cooling equipment which is fit for cooling the matrix of emulsion explosive is designed and illustrated in this paper. During the cooling process, water acts as the medium, and the safety of operating the equipment as well as the state of ordinary pressure are also fully considered. Therefore, it is of high productivity and safety, and can be matched with the production line of emulsion explosive in our country. In all, the quality of products will be guaranteed.
