摘　　要：对实现井下安全爆破的几个关键问题进行了探讨,包括设置警戒和隔离、一炮三检和连锁爆破等制度,以及分次爆破、反向爆破、浅孔爆破和使用水炮泥等作业的操作方法,有关内容对提高井下安全爆破技术、确保矿井安全生产具有实际意义。Some key problems about underground safety blasting are discussed in detail, which include some systems such as setting up alertness and isolation, Blasting once checking gas three times and linkage blasting, and some operational approaches of operation measures such as blasting by time, reverse blasting, shallow hole blasting, and using water bordering mire. All this are practically meaningful to improve the technique of underground safety blasting and ensure mine safety in production.
