摘　　要：从外部条件的支撑、自发电量的控制、热电平衡、建设主体、管理形式、热电厂的数量和规模、供热参数和供热方式、热电联产经济效益分析、热电厂的布置、热电联产的整体性、政策措施等方面进行分析,提出了化工园区热电厂的规划和建设中,值得关注和需要解决的问题。To analyze problems in planning and construction of cogeneration plant in chemical industry park in terms of external conditions, control of self-generating, balance of heat and power, constructing host, administration format, quantity and scale, parameter and mode of heating, economic performance of cogeneration plant, layout of cogeneration plant, property of cogeneration, policies of cogeneration, etc. All those problems need to be solved.
