摘　　要：现行的公共图书馆服务成本补偿机制是单一的政府补偿,它存在着效率低下、资源浪费严重、漠视读者需求等弊端。要提高图书馆的服务质量,就必须建立一套适合市场竞争的政府和市场相结合的混合补偿机制。The current compensation system of the public library＇s service cost is a specified governmental compensation, which has several disadvantages such as low efficiency, severe resource waste, ignoring readers＇ demands and so on. In order to improve the library＇s service quality, a set of mixed compensation system combined the government and the market should be established and it should apply to the market competition.
