摘　　要：本文列举了《中图法》(第4版)法律第二分类体系分类法中存在的一些问题,并提出了具体改进措施和建议。The paper enumerats some problems on the second classifying system of law class in the fourth edition of Chinese Library Classification, and some material measures and advices of improvement on it had been brought forward in the paper.
