摘　　要：本文从国内外图书馆实施总馆分馆制的现状,结合厦门市图书馆尝试总馆分馆制的初步实践,对厦门市公共图书馆系统实施总馆分馆制模式的总体目标、保障措施、运作方式等进行了探讨。On the base of the operations of the Library＇s general and branch system in the domestic and overseas libraries, and the initial practices of Xiamen Library, this article discusses the overall objectives, and safeguard and operational methods of the reformed model of Xiamen Public Library.
