摘　　要：目的 建立测定腺苷蛋氨酸注射用溶剂中赖氨酸含量及有关物质的方法。方法 采用Diamonsil^TM（钻石）C18 ODS柱（4．6mm×250min，5μm）；流动相为甲醇-水-三乙胺（250：750：0．1），流速为0．8mL·min^-1，紫外检测波长为210nm，柱温为30℃。结果 在本色谱条件下L-赖氨酸与辅料及溶剂峰分离度符合要求，在300～700mg·L^-1内线性良好（r=0．9997）。结论 测定方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、方法可靠，可作为质量控制方法。OBJECTIVE To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Lysine and related compounds.METHODS The separation was performed with a DiamonsilTM C18 ODS columon（4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm） at 30℃, and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-triethylamine（250：750：0.1） at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min^-1. UV detection wavelength was at 210 nm. RESULTS A good linearity was obtained over the range of 300 - 700 mg·L^-1 （ r = 0.999 7）. CONCLUSION This method is simple, accurate, sensitive and applicable for the quality control of this preparation.
