摘　　要：I. Legal Definition of Intangible Cultural Heritage Intangible Cultural Heritage is a foreign word introduced into Chinese Culture lately. Even though it is very popular in Chinese Language Culture, its meaning is quite vague. Not only the common people do not understand this concept, but also some scholars in cultural circles and academic circles do not know its definite meaning. If Intangible Cultural Heritage wants to achieve legal protection, it is necessary to define its connotation and denotation.Intangible Cultural Heritage is a foreign word introduced into Chinese Culture lately.
