提高外向型产业集群吸收国际产业转移质量的思考

摘　　要：近年来我国外向型产业集群发展迅速,国际产业转移是外向型产业集群形成的背景和促成因素。外向型产业集群特征不同于一般产业集群的特征,外向型产业集群形成的机理也具有其特殊性。在我国外向型产业集群形成过程中,如何避免集群内缺乏科学的产业规划以及集群内技术创新不足、产业集群质量不高等问题,需要建立我国产业集群吸收国际产业转移质量衡量的基本原则和指标体系,以达到提高产业集群吸收国际产业转移质量的目的。In recent years the foreign - oriented industry clusters are rapidly developing in China, international industry shift is the background of foreign - oriented clusters. The characteristic differs between the foreignoriented clusters and the general clusters, also the mechanism and principle of the formation on the foreign - oriented clusters have their particularity. To avoid the problems of low quality in developing foreign - oriented cluster in China, it. needs to build a basic principle and an index system measuring the quality of the industry clusters to absorb international industry shift.
