摘  要:面向变批量生产的CAPP作为变批量生产准备工作的首要步骤,必须适应企业生产批量的变化,使得工艺规划的环境和方法随这种变化作出相应的调整。首先,从工艺设计角度出发,采用模糊数学方法,提出批量模糊集和批量因子的概念来描述批量变化,并设计批量因子的确定方案;其次,针对批量因子变化,分析了工艺设计中受批量因子影响的因素;最后,提出了适应变批量生产的VPCAPP系统体系结构,建立变批量生产下的工艺规划环境,利用配置思想实现变批量生产的工艺规划设计。Various Lot-size Production-based CAPP (VPCAPP) is the first step of production preparation for enterprises. It must adjust environment and process planning methods to adapt itself well to variety of Lot-size. First, on the point of view of process planning, concepts of Lot-size fuzzy set and Lot-size gene are put forward to describe the variety of Lot-size by means of fuzzy mathematics. The method to compute Lot-size gene is also acquired. Then, according to variety of Lot-size gene, factors affected by Lot-size in process planning must be analyzed. At last, the architecture of VPCAPP system which fits for various Lot-size production is developed. The environment based reconfiguration in CAPP for various Lot-size production is also provided in order to realize process planning for Various Lot-size Production.
