摘  要:为了测量在线转子的振动信息,以半导体激光器为光源,以PSD(position sensitive detector)为探测器,基于光电三角测量法,建立了一套包括软、硬件在内的激光测振系统。通过对该系统的标定实验表明,实际位移与所测得的位移呈线性关系。在数据处理中,对所得到的复杂时域振动信号进行了离散傅里叶变换(DFT),从而在频率域获得了转子的振动频率和振幅信息。通过采用多线程高级编程技术,解决了数据处理时间、图像及数据显示、存储时间之间的冲突,实现了在线测量。经测试表明,该测振系统的测量频率分辨率可达到0.6Hz,振幅不确定度小于±10μm。In order to measure the vibration information of a rotor on line, a laser vibration system including software and hardware is set up, based on diode laser as light source, PSD(position sensitive detector) as receiver and photo-electric triangular measuring method. Calibration tests on the system show there is a linear relationship between the actual displacement and the measured displacement. In the data process the measured complex time signal is converted into frequency signal by DFT to get vibration information regarding frequency and amplitude of the rotor. Advanced programming technique of multi-thread method is used to solve the conflict between the data processing time and image and data displaying, saving time. Tests demonstrate that the system has measuring capability of frequency resolution 0.6Hz, amplitude uncertainty is less than ± 10μm.
