摘　　要：目的:观察针刺配合放血治疗慢性头痛的疗效。方法:86例慢性头痛患者,分为针刺配合放血治疗组和西药对照组,观察治疗前后两组的疗效。结果:采用针刺配合放血治疗慢性头痛疗效显著,且与西药治疗组比较,差异有显著性。结论:采用针刺配合放血治疗慢性头痛是较好的治疗途径。Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with bloodletting in treating chronic headache. Method ： Eight-six cases of chronic headache were divided into treatment group treated by acupuncture and bloodletting and control group treated with western medicine. The therapeutic effect were observed and compared before and after treatment between the two groups. Result： The therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with bloodletting was significantly superior to that of western medicine. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with bloodletting is a better therapy in treating chronic headache.
