小儿回春丹对热性惊厥大鼠大脑皮质Glu、GABA含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察预防应用小儿回春丹对热性惊厥(FC)大鼠大脑皮质谷氨酸(G lu)、γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)含量的影响,探讨小儿回春丹预防FC作用的机制。方法:将40只SD幼年大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、地西泮组、小儿回春丹(高)组、小儿回春丹(低)组,以热水浴诱发惊厥(5 m in或至惊厥发作),检测各组大鼠大脑皮质G lu、GABA含量。结果:模型组实验大鼠大脑皮质G lu含量明显升高(P<0.01),GABA含量明显降低(P<0.05),GABA/G lu明显降低(P<0.01);与模型组相比,小儿回春丹(高)组、小儿回春丹(低)组大鼠大脑皮层G lu含量明显降低(P<0.05),GABA含量明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),GABA/G lu明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:小儿回春丹预防FC的作用机制可能与其影响大脑皮质G lu与GABA的含量,调节兴奋性氨基酸递质与抑制性氨基酸递质的平衡有关。Objective： To research the possible mechanism of anticonvulsion through the effects of Xiao＇er huichun pill on the changes of Glutamate （Glu） and γ-amino-butyrate （GABA） in cerebral cortex of immature rats. Method：Forty immature rats were randomly divided into 5 groups：Normal group, model group, diazepam group, high-dose Xiao＇er huichun pill group, low-dose Xiao＇er huichun pill group. Febrile convulsions（FC） were induced by placing rats in a bath of warm water for 5 minutes, determined the contents of Glu and GABA in cerebral cortex of immature rats. Result： Compared with the normal group, the contents of Glu in cerebral cortex of model group increased significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ） , the content of GABA and the ratio of GABA/Glu decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈0.01 ） ;Compared with the model group, the contents of Glu in cerebral cortex of Xiao＇er huichun pill group which included high-dose group and low-dose group decreased significantly（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the contents of GABA and the ratios of GABA/Glu increased significantly（P 〈0. 05 ,P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The preventive effect of Xiao＇er huichun pill on FC is probably related with keeping the balance of excitatory amino acids and inhibitory amino acids by changing the contents of Glu and GABA in cerebral cortex.
