中药参柏霜外用治疗痤疮临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:评价中药参柏霜与西药痤疮王外用治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将197例痤疮患者随机分为两组,治疗组100例,外用中药参柏霜治疗;对照组97例,外用痤疮王治疗,观察两组治疗前后疗效,疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组100例患者疗效,其中:痊愈30例,占30.0%,显效57例,占57.0%,有效5例,占5.0%,无效8例,占8.0%,总有效率92.0%;对照组97例患者疗效,其中:痊愈24例,占24.7%,显效48例,占49.5%,有效7例,占7.2%,无效18例,占18.6%,总有效率81.5%,两组比较,差异显著(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组。结论:中药参柏霜外用治疗痤疮疗效明显优于痤疮王。Objective： To compare Chinese Medicine＂shen-baishuang＂ to western medicine＂ cuochuangwang＂ on acne wiped by them. Methods：Divide 197 patients into two groups, one of which with 100 patients is medicine group by＂ shenhuangshuang＂ ,the other with 97 patients is controlled group by＂ cuochuangwang＂, then observe the curative effects. Time was controlled in four weeks both. Resu/ts：The total effective rate of medicine group with 100. There are 300 ones cured completely, whose rate is 30. 0%, three are 57 ones markly effeetivly cured, whose rate is 57.0%, while 5 ones effectivly cured,rate is 5.0% ,and 8 ineffect ones which has the rate 8.0%. The total effective rate is 92.0%. While the rate of controlled with 97. There are 24 ones cured completely,the rate of which is 24. 7%, there are 48 markly effeetivly cured, rate is 49.4%, and 7 effective ones,the rate is 7.2% ,wile 18 ineffective, with the rate 18.6%. The total effective rate is 81.5%. There is great difference between them（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The medicine group is better than the controlled group. Conclusion：The cured effects on patients wiped by Chinese Medicine＂shenbaishuang＂is better than that by＂ cuochuanawang＂ obviously.
