氯酚类化合物对厌氧产甲烷毒性的试验研究

摘  要:在(35±1)℃厌氧条件下,以葡萄糖为其基质,采用向歇试验法,通过测定甲完累计产量,研究了2,4-二氯酚(2,4-DCP)、2、4、6-三氯酚(2、4、6-TeCP)及五氯酚(PCP)的产甲烷毒性,利用相对话性值判断氯酚类化合物对产甲烷菌的抑制程度,试验结果表明;2、4、6-DCP浓度小于20mg/L时没有对产甲烷菌活性产生抑制作用,当浓度在40-60mg/L时为轻度抑制;2、4、6-DCP浓度为5mg/L时为轻度抑制,浓度在10-60mg/L时为中度抑制;2、4、6-DCP浓度在50-10mg/L时为轻度抑制剂浓度在20-60mg/L时为中度抑制;PCP浓度在5-40mg/L时为中度抑制,浓度为60mg/L时为重度抑制;四种氯本分对产甲烷菌活性的抑制程度大小顺序为:PCP〉2,4,6-TCP〉2,3,4,6-TeCP〉2,4-DCP.A batch anaerobe test was conducted to examine toxicity of 2,4-dichlorophenol(2,4-DCP),2、4、6-Trichlorophenol(2,4,6-TCP),2,3,4,6-Tetrachlorophenol(2,3,4,6-TeCP)and pentachlorophenol(PCP)to the methanc formation throngh measuring accumulative methane production.The relative activity values were used to judge the inhibition level of chlorophenols on methanogenic bacteria.The test conditions was as follows:glucose was used as co-substrate and the temperature was(35±1)℃.It didn't eause inloibition when concentration of 2,4-DCPwas below 20mg/L ,Slight inhibition was caused when concentration of 2,4-DCP,2,4,6-TCP and 2,3,4,6-TeCP were 40-60mg/L,5mg/L and 5-10mg/L respectively.When concentration of 2,3,4,6-TCP,2,3,4,6-TeCP and PCP were 10-60mg/L,5mg/L and 5-10mg/L respectively.When concentration of 2,3,4,6-TCP,2,3,4,6-TeCP and PCPwere 10-60mg/L,20-60mg/L and 5-40mg/L respectively,middle inbibition was observed.The activity was strongly inhibited when PCP concentration increased to 60mg/L.the seqnence of inhibition activitied was PCP〉2,4,6-TCP〉2,3,4,6-TeCP〉2,4,-DCP.
