国外VoIP管制经验及对我国的启示

摘　　要：在跟踪研究包括欧洲、美国、加拿大以及日本等主要发达电信市场VoIP监管实践基础上,分析了国外VoIP管制的先进经验。同时结合我国VoIP管制现状及因绕监管的因素,对我国电信监管部门就VoIP管制提出了策略建议。Based on the tracing research on the VoIP regulation in Europe,America, Canada and Japan, this article analyzes the advanced erperiences of overseas VoIP regulation. Meanwhile, cornbined with the status quo of VoIP regulation in China and the fad-tots that disturb the regulation, it puts forward some strategies and suggestions to telecom regulation department in China on VoIP regulation.
