摘  要:Cr12Mo、Cr12MoV、CrWMn和9CrSi是延续多年应用的工模具钢,具有较好的综合力学性能。对上述4种钢作了化学热处理实验研究,分别采用不同介质、不同保温时间,得到了不同涂层厚度和相应的涂层硬度,其硬度比常规热处理所得硬度大幅度提高,并对其强度作了分析,其结果和所提出的动力学关系式相吻合,这必将明显提高模具使用寿命。Cr12Mo, Cr12MoV, CrWMn and 9CrSi have been used for years as die steel due to their sound comprehensive mechanical property. Chemical experiment research was carried out in terms of these four kinds of steel by using different medium and different heat preservation time. Steel of different coating thickness with corresponding hardness was achieved. Compared with ordinary method, hardness of the steel achieved by new method was improved a lot. Analysis of the strength has further proved that the result is in compliance with dynamics equation and life of the die should be improved a lot.
