摘　　要：本文讨论了热轧螺纹钢的特性和测量要求，提出了一种在线测量螺纹钢内外径的仪器。它采用线阵ＣＣＤ高速扫描，接收目标自身的辐射，获取其型面图。通过特征点提取、目标位置和温度补偿等数据处理过程得出测量值。现已制成一台样机并进行了一系列实验。轧制现场测试证明，它能够在生产流水线上精确地测量，总误差小于０．１ｍｍ。The propetise of hot rolling ribbed sted bar and the requements for measurement was discussed, an instrument for the on-line measurement of ribbed steel bar's internal and external diameters was proposed. It employs a linear CCD to scan the object in high speed, receive object's self-radiation and get its profile. The results are obtained by extracting the characteristic points .position and temperature compensation and other date processes. A sample instrument was made and a serials of experiments was carried out. The rolling work test shows that it can measure accurately in product stream line, the total error is less than 0. 1mm.
