摘  要:对禽肉样品中克球酚药物残留采用微量化学法技术,以甲醇提取,氧化铝、阴离子树脂交换柱净化,乙酰化后,进行GC-ECD毛细管色谱测定。经对肉鸡、填鸭、饲养山鸡进行添加回收率试验,方法回收率为85.7%~94.4%,变异系数为3.8%~7.7%,最低检出限为2.0ng/g。This paper describes a rapid method for determination of clopidol in poultry meat. The clopidol is extracted from the meat tissues with methanol, and cleaned up on a micro column packed with PT neutral alumina and one packed with 100 200 anion exchange resin to remove the impurities and fat. Then clopidol is acetylated with acetic anhydride, forming clopidol acetate, which is determined by capillary gas chromatography with electron capture detector by using an HP 50+ 30m×0.53mm×1.0μm column, The presence of clopidol acetate is further confirmed by using an HP 5 25m×0.32mm×0.25μm column. External standard method is used for quantitation. The average recovery and CV ranges were 85.7% 94.4% and 3.8% 7.7% respectively. The detection limit was 2.0ng/g.
