摘　　要：干法成型车坯刀具已经在电瓷制造业中广泛应用，车刀坯以Al2O3和SiO2为主要成分，在含水35％（质量分数）以下、pH≈7时添加辅料，于1200-1300℃素烧后进行打磨成型和一定工艺处理，对研制过程中所遇到的主要问题提出了解决方法。The dry moulding of turning lathe tool billet has been used widely in electric porcelain industry. The billet takes Al2O3 and SiO2 as the principal constituent,feeds supplementary material in contained water below 35%, pH ≈ 7, feeds and biscuits at 1 200- 1 300 ℃ , then takes shape by grinding and certain creft processing. The solutions to the problems met in the researching process are given.
