摘　　要：介绍了利用可编程控制器对副食生产线酱油生产进行控制的方法,即通过水雾对曲料做循环吹风,采用多点温度检测的方法,提高了测温精度,保证了产品的质量;通过电机变频和调整风门开度相结合的方法,实现进风量的调整;采用动态输出显示模块,实现对各个参数的动态输出和静态显示。A method of PLC in sauce of non-stable food-processing line is introduced in this paper. Through the water fog blow the zymogenic circulately, the method of multi-point temperature measuring can improve the accuracy of temperature and guarantee the product quality; the combination of motor frequency and adjusting the open degree of air-door can realize the amount of wind; output dynamic display modules can realize the dynamic output and stable display.
