摘  要:取股动脉血检测,并对比目鱼肌做电镜和光镜的观察。结果:(1)大鼠运动后骨骼肌纤维结构发生明显改变,其变化以运动后24小时较为显著。(2)大鼠运动后血浆IL-6水平较运动前出现显著增高,且在运动后48h出现峰值。(3)运动后血清LDH活性较运动前显著增高,出现先升后降,且峰值出现在运动后即刻。运动后血清Ca2+水平较运动前显著降低。结论:(1)运动后超微结构的损伤明显,且损伤较严重的时相出现在运动后24h左右,可能是离心运动致机械损伤和运动强度及持续时间共同作用的结果。(2)大鼠血清IL-6水平在运动后显著增高,结合电镜和光镜结果,表明IL-6与运动性骨骼肌损伤有重要关联性可作为运动性骨骼肌损伤检测的一个重要指标。Method:Test femoral artery blood to observe the solcas under electron microscope and optics microscope. Results: ( 1 ) The ultra structure of skeletal muscle changed obviously and it became serious after 24h exercise . (2) Plasma IL- 6 increased significantly after exercise and the maximums appeared at 48h after exercise. (3)Serum LDH activity increased obviously after exercise then became decreased. The maximums appeared at the instant phase. Serum Ca^2+ level decreased obviously after exercise. Conclusion: ( 1 ) The ultrastructure damage was obvious after exercise. The most damage phase appeared at around 24h after exercise. All were induced by structure damage, exercise intensity and duration. (2) IL- 6 level increased significantly after exercise. Combining with the results of electron microscope and optics microscope,it indicates that IL- 6 might become an important index to test skeletal muscle damage.
