摘　　要：采用文献资料法,分析研究了当代美国著名的人本主义心理学家卡尔.罗杰斯(C.R.Rogers)的教育思想:“完美人格”的教育目标、非指导性教学模式的教学观和自主学习的学习观等。By using the method of documentary, the paper analyzes the educational ideas of C. R. Rogers who is a famous humanism psychologist in modern America. It points out the following aspects： the educational aim of ＂personality perfection＂ ; the teaching concept of non - instruction teaching mode and the studying idea of autonomous learning.
