摘 要:采用种子乳液聚合法引入乙烯基三异丙氧基硅烷(C-1706)改性丙烯酸酯乳液来制备高性能硅丙微乳液。着重探讨了有机硅氧烷单体及其滴加方式对乳液性能的影响,发现引入1.5%的C-1706可将乳液涂膜的硬度提高到7.3,并将其吸水率降低到4.2;且当采用硅氧烷的后滴加方式时,可有效抑制乳液聚合过程中硅氧烷的水解和缩合反应。此外,借助扫描电镜和透射电镜分析聚合产物涂膜形态和共聚乳液的粒径及其分布,结果表明改性后的硅丙微乳液的粒径可控制在50—70nm之间,C-1706的引入可有效提高微乳液的综合性能。A acrylate emulsion was modified by adding vinyhriisopropoxy silane (trade name C - 1706) in seeded emulsion polymerization to synthesize the acrylosilane microemulsion with high properties. The effect of the amount of C - 1706 and its adding method on the properties of the microemulsion was investigated. It found that adding 1.5% of C - 1706, the hardness of the microemulsion film could be in creased to 7.3 and its water adsorption was reduced to 4.2. On the other side, the latter-addition mode of C - 1706 could restrain its hydrolysis activity and polycondensation reaction during the polymerization process of the emulsion. The film morphology, the particle size and distribution of the microemulsion were analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Transmission Electron Microscopic (TEM) respectively. The measuring results showed that the particle diameter of the modified microemulsion could be controlled between 50 and 70 nanometers and the properties of the microemulsion, could be apparently improved by adding C- 1706 into the system of emulsion polymerization.
