西方经济学公债理论综述——兼评对我国现实的适用性及理论指导意义

摘　　要：关于公债的发行，早在西方经济学就有所演绎，并且在不同背景下产生了不同流派。本文主要分析了李嘉图学派、新古典学派、凯恩斯学派三大学派的公债理论观点及其对我国现实的适用性及理论指导意义。In the western ecnomics, ealier floatation of bonds theory has developed and come into different schools on the different background. This paper mainly analyses their applicability of Chinese practice and theoretical guidance by discussing the bonds theory of Ricardo＇s school, Neoclassical school and Keynesian school.
