摘　　要：简要介绍了CALS的产生,内涵及本质,着重分析了我军装备采办信息化建设中存在的问题以及推进CALS的必要性,探讨了我军推进CALS的客观条件,论述了实施CALS的方法和步骤,最后指出了推进CALS必须采取稳步推进的策略。The original of CALS and its definition and its essence are introduced. The questions during the informatization of equipment acquisition in our army is ahalysed and emphasize the necessity of putting CALS into practice. Then discusses the condition and feasibility of implementing the informatization and puts forward which procedured by CALS into practice are discussed. At last points out it is necessary to taking strategy and steps steadily and gradually during the implement of CLAS.
