摘　　要：目的：探讨交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的并发症。方法：自1998年8月至2004年10月用交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折89例，男58例，女31例，年龄22～58岁（平均35岁），开放性骨折23例，闭合性骨折66例，均采用静力型固定，根据骨折愈合情况改动力型固定12例。结果：78例得到8～18个月随访，并发症情况如下：术中再骨折2例，远端交锁不进3例，表浅感染4例，延迟愈合4例，骨折轻度旋转侧方移位1例。封闭螺钉安放失误2例，皮肤血管损伤2例。结论：严格掌握适应症，熟练掌握操作规程，可以减少并发症，提高疗效。Objective： To manage the complications in the treatment of tibial fracture with interlocking intrameduUary nails. Method： From Aug. 1998 to Oct. 2004, treated tibial fracture 89 cases with interlocking intramedullary nails, and male 58 cases, female 31 cases. The average patient age was 35 years old （ranging from 22-58 years）. And open fracture 23 cases, closed fracture 66 cases, which used stomding fixation of all, and used pouring fixation 12 cases according to the complexion of porosis. Result： 78 cases were followed up for eight to eighteen months. Their complications included 2 refracture during the operation, distal cocked - out - of 3 cases, surface infection is 4 cases, delayed healing 4 cases, mild rotation of fracture and shift in 1 case, putted mail improper 2 cases, skin and blood vessel injuried 2 cases. Conclusion： Rigorous command adaptation and regulation of operation can reduce complication and advance curative effect.
