摘　　要：目的:总结强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节的HRCT表现。方法:分析50例临床确诊强直性脊柱炎病例的骶髂关节HRCT资料。结果:50例中42例有骶髂关节异常表现。包括:Ⅰ级14例;Ⅱ级18例;Ⅲ级6例;Ⅳ级4例。结论:骶髂关节CT检查有助于强直性脊柱炎的早期诊断,高分辨率CT(HRCT)扫描能提高诊断的准确率。Objective： To sum up HRCT findings of sacroiliac joints in ankylosing spondyklitis with an atempt at further improving early and even accurate diagnosis of the disease. Method： HRCT features of sacroiliac joints in 62 cases with ankylosing spondylitis proved clinically were analysed , and their application in making the diagnosis was evaluated. Result ：42 of the 62 cases had abnormal CT findings of the joints, grade Ⅰ of the disease 14 cases,grade Ⅱ of the disease 18 cases ,grade Ⅲof the disease 6 cases and grade Ⅳof the disease 4 cases. Conclusion： CT study of sacroiliac joints could be helpful in making an early and even accurate diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis as well as in clinical stage of the disease. HRCT scan could improve accurate diagnosis of the disease.
