川芎嗪联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病神经病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察川芎嗪注射液联合甲钴胺注射液治疗糖尿病神经病变的临床疗效。方法:2001年3月至2005年3月期间糖尿病并发神经病变病人90例,在相同的糖尿病治疗的基础上,随机分为对照组45例,给予血栓通注射液联合维生素B12注射液;治疗组45例,使用川芎嗪注射液联合甲钴胺注射液;疗程均为4周,观察两组治疗前后的变化。结果:川芎嗪联合甲钴胺治疗DN疗效明显优于血栓通联合维生素B12(P<0.01)。结论:川芎嗪联合甲钴胺能够更有效减轻DN患者的临床症状。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of ligustrazine combining mecobalamine injection to treat diabetic neuropathy. Method： This study was carried out on 90 patients with diabetic neuropathy during Mar. 2001 to Mar. 2005. On the base of the same treatment for diabetic mellitus, the patients were randomly divided into two groups which included the control group and the experimental group. The control group had 45 patients who were treated with Xueshuntong combining vitamine B12 injection while the experimental group which had 45 patients was treated with lignstrazine combinding mecobalamine injection. We observed the changes before and after the treatment in the two groups during the treatment period of four weeks. Result： The effects of lignstrazine combining mecobalamine injection was significantly better than Xueshuntong combinding vitamine B12 injection （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： lignstrazine combinding mecobalamine injection can relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients with diabetic neuropathy more effectively.
