This system exhibited high oxidation resistance without interfacial emulsification, therefore, the so-called third phase was not produced in the extraction process. Various factors influencing the extraction effectiveness were discussed. The experimental results of Cr(Ⅵ) recovery from waste water of high concentration Cr(Ⅵ) were reported.
