摘　　要：本文尝试用固－液相二元混合基体辅助激光解吸电离，取得较理想的结果。在３５５ｕｍ的激光波长下，使用３－硝基苄醇和芥子酸作混合基体，可提高灵敏度、质量分辨率和改善谱图重现性。Solid-liquid binary mixture used for matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization of peptides and proteins at 355 nm are described.By the use of mixed matrices composed of a solid-phase matrix(sinapinic acid)and a liquid-phase matrix(3-nitrobenzyl alcohol),the resolution,sensitivity and reproducibility of the obtained mass spectra can be improved.
