摘 要:将多粒子振动系统的本征频率和量子系统辐射能,应用到超声换能器系统中的压电陶瓷片及其在传输杆中的传播.提出能够反映固体内声子无规则运动有序化及传输杆中原子相互作用有能量交换的量子效应的基本假设.根据假设和声子在传输杆中的传播。Through the classical theory on eigenfrequency of multipartical vibration system and quantum theory on radliation energy of quantum system into PZT slide of ultrasonic transducer and phonon transmission in solid and a fundamental hypothesis the equation of ultrasonic frequency is deduced. The fundamental hypothesis is that the macroscopic movement of a great number of phonons in solid shows some kinds of ordering phenomenon, although every one of them moves irregularly, and it is a kind of quantum effect of that phonons have mutual action with atoms in solid and have energy exchanging with them at the same time. The new concepts on biphonon, triphonon are defined. The results above are proven by experiments completely.
