摘 要:用TiCl4水解法制备钛交联蒙脱石,采用X射线衍射分析(XRD)和N2吸附-脱附等温线法分别对其层间距和孔结构进行了表征,XRD结果表明,钛交联蒙脱石未出现(001)衍射峰,呈无序结构,其中,大尺寸的钛聚合阳离子与粘土颗粒重叠、堆垛而形成“类层离”结构,导致层状有序结构消失.孔结构分析表明,这种类层离结构是以介孔为主并含有微孔的孔结构.热处理(300~600℃)后,所得钛交联蒙脱石比表面积稍有下降.700℃热处理则导致比表面积明显降低,说明结构被严重破坏。Titanium ( from titanium tetrachloride) by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and N2-BET method products, suggesting the loss of the regular cross-linked montmorillonite was synthesized and investigated. The (001) reflection was not recorded in the synthesized layer stacking in the synthesized materials. This might result from delamination of clay layers and formation of "house of cards" structure. This explanation is in accordance with the result of the average pore diameter analysis, which indicates that the meso-pores are dominant with a minor of micro-pores in the synthesized materials. The thermal analysis demonstrates that these synthesized materials are thermally stable at 300 ~ 600 ℃ with a minor decrease of the specific surface area whereas the structure is destroyed above 700 ℃ with a significant decrease of the specific surface area.
