摘　　要：目的:研究糖肾平胶囊作用于糖尿病小鼠后对脾脏基因表达的影响。方法:用高脂高糖饲料诱发C57BL/6J小鼠Ⅱ型糖尿病模型,口服给予糖肾平浸膏粉后提取脾脏mRNA,与基因芯片进行杂交,经扫描,计算机软件分析后观察基因表达的变化。结果:找到脾脏中相关表达基因。结论:糖肾平胶囊治疗糖尿病的机理与调节蛋白质代谢,预防血栓形成,降低细胞分裂增生能力有关。Aim： To study the influence of Tangshenping capsules on gene expression in spleens of diabetic mice. Methods： NIDDM model was developed based upon C57BL/6J mice which were fed on conventional chow or diets of high fat and sugar. The mRNA was extracted from the target tissue after oral administration of Tangshenping extract,then were hybridized with Oligo microarray and screened by the analysis of gene expression profiles. Results：The interrelated expression gene in the spleen was found. Conclusion： The mechanism of Tangshenping capsule on diabetis is relative with regulation of protein expression, prevention of thromosis and reduction of cells＇ fissiparism.
