摘 要:目的:制备舒胸微丸。方法:采用离心造粒法,以微丸粒径分布、休止角、松密度、脆碎度等为指标考察了影响微丸成型过程的处方因素和工艺因素。结果:微丸成丸的优化处方和工艺参数为:舒胸精制中间品与微晶纤维素(MCC)比例为3:1,黏合剂为3%羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC,5mPa·s),主机转速为200r·min^-1,鼓风流量为15×20L·min^-1,喷气流量为15L·min^-1,喷气压力为0.5Mp,喷浆泵转速为5-25r.min^-1,供粉机转速为5-25r.min^-1。结论:在优化条件下采用离心造粒法可制得表面较为光滑、圆整度较高的舒胸微丸,18-24目微丸的收率达90.5%。Objective: To prepare shuxiong micropellets. Method: Shuxiong micropellets were prepared by using a centrifugal granulator. The formulation composition and process factors were optimized investigated by adopting several indices such as size distribution, repose angle, bulk density and friability as indexes. Result: The optimal process parameters were as follows. The ratio of fine intermediate product and MCC was 3: l(w/w), the adhesive agent was 3% HMPC solution, the rotating rate of plate was 200 r.min^-l , the blower rate was 15×20 L· min^-l, the rate of air flow was 15 L· min^-l, the spray air pressure was 0.5 MPa, the rotating of spray solution pump was 5-25 r·min^-l and the rotating rate of powder feed machine was 5-25 r· min^-1 Conclusion: Under the optimal conditions, micropellets prepared by using centrifugal granulator hadposessed prefect shape and surface characteristics and the yield of shuxiong pellets was 90.5 %.
