HPLC梯度洗脱法测定黄杨宁片中环维黄杨星D的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立黄杨宁中环维黄杨星D的含量测定方法。方法：采用Agilent zorbax extend C18柱，以0．3％二乙胺的甲醇溶液．0．3％二乙胺的水溶液为流动相，梯度洗脱：0-9min，0．3％二乙胺的甲醇溶液78％-95％，保持6min；流速0．8mL·min^-1；蒸发光散射检测器（ELSD）。结果：环维黄杨星D线性范围为0．57-11.44μg，r=0.9996，样品的平均加样回收率为97．2％，RSD1.1％。结论：本法快速简便，专属性强，重复性好，可作为制剂的定量分析方法。Objective： To establish a new method for the determination of cyclovirobuxine-D in huangyangning tablets. Method： Agilent Zorbax Extend C,s（4.6 mm×250mm, 5μm） column with tempemttrre 40℃ was used. The mobile phase was 0.3% diethylamine methanol solution and 0.3 % diethylamine water solution, with a linear gradient of 0.3 % diethylamine methanol solution from 78 % to 95 % in 9 minutes, and then maintained for 6 minutes. The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min^-1. Evaporative light scattering detector was used. Result：The calibration curve was linear at a range of 0.57-11.44 pg for the eyelovirobuxine D （r=0.999 6）. The average recovery was 97.2% and RSD was 1.1% （n=9）. Conelusion： This method is rapid, simple,and reproducible, and can be used as a quality control method for this preparation.
